Right now we are on the finishing weeks of T25 Focus. I love this workout because it is 25minutes!!! I mean that is unreal. Some people spend that amount of time just getting to the gym. I love that you pop the video in and you are done in T25 minutes, dripping sweat. I do love this workout, but my other love is for Les Mills Pump. I have never incorporated weights into my routine and its something I can tell has been a part that I have been missing!
The perfect workout combo for me is Monday, Wednesday, Friday Les Mills Pump and Tuesday Thursday T25 Focus for my cardio. After our Challenge Group is over this will be my next challenge! Are you up for one of our Challenges? Message me!
