Starting November 3rd I am going all out with Insanity, the original! I have never done this before!

You might see my posts, but if you follow me you probably notice I never talk about Beachbody’s program INSANITY…Its been collecting dust on my shelf..for almost 3 years. The reason…… it plain SCARES the living crap out of me. I just decided, I am talking RIGHT now, as I am shoving reeses into my stomach..I need to do this. I stared at the HUGE book…I mean who has the huge books anymore? Seriously its from 2010…and ever since that date…
I KNOW this would be a challenge, I know I probably would get good results, I know …but I am plain, to be honest chicken sh*t.
{So here is the deal} ….
My friend is doing an Insanity Challenge starting Monday, because MAX 30 Insanity comes out DECEMBER- I confessed to some of my coaches at the Retreat, I didnt know what program I was going to do but NOT Insanity, Reason I am plain scared of Insanity, not emotionally attached, I am a P90X girl and we tried it in Delray and I was dying..but if I have learned one thing about “comfort” is if you STEP OUT of what makes you ‘comfortable,’ as scary as it can be…it only inevitably is going to make you stronger….
{So my commitment} ….
Starting MONDAY I am doing this program, like REALLY ganna do it Day1-Day60. I am shaking as I even post this…I know Michele Phillips & Bridget Moore can keep me accountable, but I am seriously going to need it!!!
Here goes NOTHING {and everything!}…. now I am going to eat another reeses, and FULLY commit..MONDAY!

What is Insanity Max 30?
Insanity Max 30 is a new, high intensity workout program from trainer, Shaun T, creator of Hip Hop Abs, Insanity, and T25 (to name a few.)

Max 30 is a 60 day program split into two months. The schedule is designed to workout 5 days a week for thirty minutes each day with two rest days.

No equipment is needed for Insanity Max 30! You use your own body to create weight and resistance for strength exercises.

When does Insanity Max 30 come out?
Insanity: Max 30 will be released to the public on December 2, 2014.
