My Kids absolutely loved these Quinoa Turkey Burgers and they had no idea their was Quinoa in them! These are the perfect meal to serve your family while you are doing the 21 day Fix or just in general!
1lbs Turkey Meat
2 Cup Cooked Garden Quinoa (Cook the quinoa as directed on the box)
Tsp Sea Salt
Tsp Pepper (to taste)
2tsp Olive Oil
Combine the Turkey Meat, Quinoa and Egg into a bowl. Blend together with your hands. Add in seasonings to taste. After you have combined all the ingredients place the meatballs on a cooking sheet with lightly greased tin foil. Make meatballs about spoon size. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees
