Spring Into Fitness Challenge

Thanks for visiting my page! We have all heard that saying before “Summer Bodies are made in the winter” and its so true! Don’t be that person, waiting till the last second come the end of spring to get back into it! The winter sweaters are cozy, comfy and believe I know this all to well myself!

What is the Time Commitment? The great thing about a challenge groups is that this is ALL around our own time. As a busy mom myself, I know we don’t have a lot of time. Basically the challenge group is a private group on Facebook where you can plug in for support, accountability, time management, ideas, recipes, clean eating tips and so much more. Its a group of other women just like you and me who want to get healthy and need some support and accountability to do so for the long term. So the time commitment is all around what you want from the group. There are so many women I have met in these groups that to this day we still keep eachother on track.

What is involved with a challenge pack when you commit?

Every customer and coach will have the exact same tools to succeed. They will have everything in their hands to help them get the best results possible, for them. Remember this is a group based around your own goals!

The group will focus on working out, but this is Beachbody’s first program to place equal emphasis on the nutrition and fitness component. Each workout is 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week with lots of variety (strength training, cardio, yoga, pilates, etc.) (also sometimes I double up so I can have a rest day, or obviously swap out if you go to a class!). The unique nutrition plan uses specifically portioned food containers that eliminate the guesswork from portion control – no weighing, measuring, or counting calories, carbs or points. If it fits in the container, you can eat it. And you’ll lose weight. When eaten in the right quantities, there are no foods that are off limits, even chocolate and wine!
