T25 BETA and Les Mills Pump Hybrid Schedule

I created this schedule to have the best of both worlds. I love my T25 program and I love Les Mills Pump. I am the type of person that I get very bored easily so I like to mix it up with the programs and trainers. Here is my schedule Starting Sept 26th for out next Challenge. I also teach Tuesdays and Thursday morning P90X. So I try to stick to this 100%. The weight lifting and cardio is a win win! If you have INSANITY, Turbo Fire or P90X I suggest you just sub in one of these programs and create your own hybrid!
